Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of vaping products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been shipped.

However, at our sole discretion, unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return if requested within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, we may request:

  • Photographs or videos showing the fault or damage
  • Images of the product packaging

Once the issue has been assessed and approved, we may offer:

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Upon verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened e-liquids
  • Opened disposable vapes
  • Used vaporizers
  • Used accessories
  • Opened coils, cartridges, pods, or tanks
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, modification, or improper handling

Return Authorization

Returns must be approved by Vape Bros Australia before being sent back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and can take several business days to appear in your account.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Vape Bros Australia cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are lost in transit.
